Find a Solution
Writer's block is something that every writer experiences and it is inevitable that at least once you will have this happen to you. Your prose will be mushy, your body won’t have any creative bones left, and you will be ready to give up. But it is your strategy for dealing with it that matters most. So, let's first look closely at the problem.
Common Causes of Writer’s Block
Although the reasons behind your blockage may be different, some are common:
Timing: It may not be the time to write. It's possible that your ideas will need to sit for a while before you start writing. Don’t push, let them develop and jot down ideas as they come.
Fear: Many writers have trouble putting their ideas and opinions out there for all to see. Fear is one of the main reasons some writers don't become writers.
Perfectionism: You want everything to work perfectly before you touch a keyboard or pen to paper. It is impossible to achieve perfection in your head so you don't know where to start.

My mind is not stressed with all the happenings of the day; my body is relaxed; sometimes the ideas just flow. I keep a notebook by my bed so I can jot down ideas to use the next day. (Just use a pencil, not a pen, and then you can write while lying down...)
