3) Fluffing lines & Pregnant Pauses.
We all have moments where we forget our next line and pause. It’s not a crime, but leaving them in the video is. Make sure you edit out the dead air as they call it. If you do mess a line up, do the line again. Trying to edit out a small part of a sentence is another mistake, a nightmare awaits you. Just do the whole sentence again it makes life a lot easier.

4) Slides.
If you’re doing a slide show using PowerPoint or Keynote, Keep those slides moving. Again it’s the 10 second rule. Movement resets the viewer’s attention. The KISS method should be used. “Keep It Simple Stupid”. Too many bullet points and text will lose you a viewer.
