7) Hands.
Some video cameras will blur your face slightly if you move your hands too high and nearer to the lens when you talk. The automatic focus picks up your hand movement. But you don’t want to stand there looking as if you’re hanging on to your meat and 2 veg or lady garden either. Relax and leave them by your side if in doubt.
