Like my morning routine, my evening routine is pretty sacred. It helps relax me and end my day in a positive way.
After figuring out that I need at least 7 hours of sleep, Fabulous helped me determine that my evening routine has to start at 9:30pm the latest. Again, this is only during the week. Even Fridays. I mean, I'm up at 6 and so by 11pm, I'm pooped!
I don't eat after 10pm. So, if I notice that I feel hungry before 9pm, I'll make myself a green smoothy. It's healthy PLUS it's packed with the fruits and vegetables that I don't usually eat during the day. Here's my green smoothie recipe I think you'll enjoy...
The rest of the routine is pretty self explanatory...I dry brush a second time, I moisturize and I floss every day because I lOVE IT. My skin and my gums have never been happier ;-)
I read for about 30 minutes, and to be honest, this could include reading WA emails to catch up.
EFT - emotional freedom technique is something I started doing a while ago and recently started sharing with others. It's AMAZING!! It's weird but it works. If you don't believe me, check it out for yourself...there's a lot of info and video's out there. If you want something quick and easy, PM me and I'll send you a link to a video I created. Easy peasy!
Finally, I'm grateful again before I go to sleep. This is like praying to me and thanking the almighty for everything. I say a few affirmations and sleep like a baby - EFT has helped me make this possible! It used to take me ages to fall asleep.
And that's the end of my first tutorial. What did you think? I'd love your opinions not only about the routine parts but also about the tutorial itself. Comments and feedback are welcome!

Thank you so very much for sharing this information with us:-))Steph
It sounds like you have developed a great morning routine. I also get up at 6:00, or earlier, just naturally. I've always been a morning person; it's staying up late that I find hard. I also meditate, stretch and work out from 7:00-8:00. I used to take a lot of supplements but stopped about a year ago since my diet is pretty healthy. So far I don't feel the difference from not taking supplements but I know alot of people swear by them..

If I take my adrenal support pills it really helps. They help fix your cortisol levels. In many people, stress messes with your cortisol and the body produces too much late in the day. This keeps you awake late into the evening and you also don't sleep well. Then you are tired the next day. If I take the supplement several hours before bed it helps me relax and sleep well and then be more awake the next day. My doctor recommended them and they are amazing. They also cured my lower back pain! Adrenal fatigue can cause this! They help with night sweats also as high cortisol at night also raises body temperature.
I just need to make this a set routine! I should make smoothies more often too!
