Hi, WA Community!

I am Adel, a loving wife and a caring mother of 2 beautiful children. I have been working in the healthcare service for almost 24 years now and still passionate about what I do.
Currently, I work part-time as a theatre or operating room nurse leading a surgical speciality team composed of anaesthetists, surgeons, ODP's, nurses and health-care assistants.
My main responsibility is to ensure the smooth running of the surgical list by ensuring that all surgical instruments to be used in all procedures are complete and that all equipment have been properly serviced and in good working order. This could be achieved by proper support and cooperation from my team.
Our main goal is to provide excellent peri-operative care to our patients through effective teamwork and communication. The reason why I join WA because I know that we can all achieve our goals in this internet marketing business through effective support and collaboration. Although I'm still passionate about providing excellent care to surgical patients, I am also passionate about networking and helping out others reach their full potential. And I know that by just doing this, I will get a substantial reward. I firmly believe that "all things are possible if we will stay positive throughout this journey and I know that with your great help and support we can all achieve our goals and be successful in this business."
My ultimate goal is simply to have a good quality and a happy life…what's yours?

Please follow me and let's all get to know and support each other in pursuit of achieving our individual goals...

I'm hopeful to open the eyes of many to the possibilities of a functional wellness model knowing that vibrant health is not brought about by prescription medication regimens. Hi Adel,
Many thanks for the follow.
I can appreciate that being a nurse is a vocation and most people in the healthcare service don't get enough credit for what they do. Having just come out from the hospital 5 weeks ago after 4 cardiac arrests I can truly appreciate the work you guys do and I salute you.
I love the positivity of your profile, I to believe you have to stay positive and believe in yourself :-)
Cheers

Such an inspirational words you wrote to me. Thank you so much... Yes working harder and harder has always been the thing for me. And when I discovered there is a way to work hard for just a certain amount of time and then have your financial freedom, then that struck me. In a very good way! :)
You are working on the healthcare and even as a operation room nurse... Its a very important and highly respected work. Hopefully you have already gained some good income also in WA.
Your goals are simple, humble and beautiful. Mine are a bit same. I would like to see the world and life a nice life without thinking about money problems. :D

Hello, and thank you!

Being new to the community is both a challenge and a blessing. I think the challenge will be to me (and about me and what will work for me) while the blessing is when you get to know new friends and people who can guide you and advise you about what to do next.

I'll surely be bothering you with questions soon enough, for now, I just want to say cheers!

Hi Adel, thanks for your follow, I am honored to be in your network. I admire your website, I think it strikes a chord in the heart strings of so many people. I have dealt with speech and development spectrum issues. Part of my niche will be dealing with that, it is still under development though. It's great to meet you :)

Hello Adel,
Its nice to meet you. I too have been a RN for 23 years (SICU and I own a small home care agency). I have now with WA for 2 months.
I have always had an interest in websites and marketing, just dd not have any experience. I have truly enjoyed learning, WA holds a wealth of information.
I am currently not working, (I have been off about a month).I have torn my Achilles tendon as well as a peroneal tendon, and fractured my talus... thus walking let alone working is out of the question. I have been working diligently on my websites (medical niches seem to be cup of tea),.
My goal is to eventually step back from direct patient care I feel there are so many avenues with internet marketing, I have so much to learn!

I wish you well on your WA journey!
Nancy

I'm sorry to hear that you have torn your Achilles' tendon and fractured your talus bone. Did it happen while you are at work? Our job sometimes requires a lot of heavy lifting sometimes. It's quite a heavy job. Since I am working in the Operating theatre there are lots of heavy lifting and pushing when we are transferring and positioning patients in the operating table. Although we have sliding sheets and pat slide to use, we still can't avoid lifting and on top of that we don't have enough stop to do the job. I guess it's time for us to go out of our comfort zones and try something different. This is the reason why I'm here at WA, to try something new that would lead me to gain financial independence in the future.
All the best to our success here at WA! :)

Hello Adel ... thank you for the follow. We have been helping my son and daughter-in-law raise our grandson for going on 23 years. His was the classic autism diagnosis shortly after he got his MMR vaccination series when he was less than 2 years old.

There weren't many websites like yours back then. In fact my son was in denial until my grandson was about 5 years old. He then fully committed himself to learn every thing he could about alternative therapies. It's been an emotional hardship, but our family is bonded together more strongly because of it.

I wish you the best on your WA journey.

Guys, I started a thread to help each other to improve Google ranking by :
1. Organically search for each other's website (to improve number of organic search, pageviews and unique pageviews)
2. Browsing through each other's website for at least 10 minutes (to improve average time on page, pages/session, Avg session duration and bounce rate)

As you can see from Google Analytics, these are among the factors determining our ranking:
1. Pageview
2. Unique pageviews
3. Avg. time on page
4. Pages/session
5. Avg. session duration
6. Bounce rate

The existing 'exchanging comment thread' is good but I found a problem with it, most of the people go to a particular page, put a comment and left the website. This is really hurting the Avg. time on page, pages/session, Avg. session duration and most of all the bounce rate.

So I suggest we help ourselves in a more effective way, yes we will spend a little more time but it is definitely worth the effort.
