Thanks Tony for a great post. I recently deleted the free version of SUMO from one of my websites. It appeared to be causing an error, according to a plugin I ran to identify broken links. However, I think the broken link plugin had a problem with itself! So, on seeing your screenshot I'll have another attempt at SUMO.

In saying that, I never really came to terms with how SUMO works, and I didn't have it connected to my Google Analytics account.
