Hi,

My subscription payment was declined on 1st April because I needed to update my card details, as I have a new debit card.

If you've updated your billing information then we will attempt the billing again within 5 days of the first failed payment. So, I'd expect it to process today.

When I look at me site on my mobile phone, half of the logo cannot be seen, and part of my homepage text is missing. My theme is Enigma. Has anybody had this issue and resolved

Thank you for taking the time to answer my question, and thank you for giving me such great advice.

I have found a new theme that I have tested on a different domain, and it looks great on mobile aswell as desktop and tablet.

Glad to hear you found a good responsive theme. Just out of curiosity, what is the name of the theme?

If you are considering changing themes, Generate Press is a great one. With Generate Press I am able to view how each page looks via mobile or tablet and I can change settings for each separately as well.

You can find more info on what GP is capable of as well as tutorials on each function available here: https://docs.generatepress.com/

Like others have suggested, I would set up a test site and back up your current site before going ahead and making big theme changes.

Before you start trying to change themes on your live site, create a test website using one of your free site rubix websites (no need to activate the SEO plugin). Then fill it with some content like you have on your live site (you can just copy & paste), and then test different themes viewing the test website on mobile. Once you have found a theme that looks best, then change you live website. NOTE: You may have to tweak the format of your content as some themes may be a bit different.

Dale is absolutely right, it's more hassle than it's worth to change CSS code. Asking the community for advice about a free theme that looks good on a mobile. I can't help you because I use paid themes. It is really imperative that your site looks great on a mobile

I am able to receive Emails for tom@internetbusinessleaders.com and support@internetbusinessleaders.com but I cannot send them from webmail.

I have been having the same problem. I get an authentication error. I have been meaning to ask site support about it. I hope you find a solution so I may fix mine too :)

My mail appears to be functioning...are you logging into the web interface or using a mail program?

I am logging into webmail, the WA interface and using the password the WA generates for me.

And when you log in can you see your mail?
