Hi,

I use MailChimp for my automated email sequences but my emails are not being delivered to my leads because my domain name highlyeffectiveleader.com is not authenticat

make sure you select yes to hte first question about is it for a website - or it will come through to the community...
but as eric says - sitesupport wil lbe able to add the records if you give them the information...

That’s what Site Support is for. Open up a ticket with them and they’ll fix you right up.

Thank you Eric, appreciate it. I didn't think about site support because this is Email, but if they can help then amazing.

Any technical issue related to your site is what they’re there for. DNS, CNAME… that’s all site related.

Hi,

I am trying to log-in to my webmail on siterubix but the page is blank.

Do you know if there are issues with siterubix and if there is anything being done abo

I saw that too Tom. Now it looks fixed. I can login to email and it should be fixed for you too.

page is blank for me too....
i am sure they are working in the background to sort it...
maybe open a ticket to support as there is no relaible method of reporting platform issues...

Thank you, I appreciate your help. It's good to know it's not just me :)

Hi,

My subscription payment was declined on 1st April because I needed to update my card details, as I have a new debit card.

I have updated my card details, all

I see Carson has answered your question; I hope it has been figured out now.

Hi Tom,

If you've updated your billing information then we will attempt the billing again within 5 days of the first failed payment. So, I'd expect it to process today.

Really great to know that you're continuing with WA!

Carson

Thank you Carson,

I appreciate your quick response and made me feel better :)

I love WA and I need to keep going :)

All the best,

Tom

Great to hear it Tom!

We've got some groundbreaking projects that we're working on which are going to positively impact everyone at WA - I can't wait to release them to the community.

When I look at me site on my mobile phone, half of the logo cannot be seen, and part of my homepage text is missing. My theme is Enigma. Has anybody had this issue and resolved

Hey all,

Thank you for taking the time to answer my question, and thank you for giving me such great advice.

I have found a new theme that I have tested on a different domain, and it looks great on mobile aswell as desktop and tablet.

Thanks again everyone and all the best,

Tom

May everything you do succeed and brings you prosperity. :)

Glad to hear you found a good responsive theme. Just out of curiosity, what is the name of the theme?

I always choose responsive themes so I know they work on Mobile.

If you are considering changing themes, Generate Press is a great one. With Generate Press I am able to view how each page looks via mobile or tablet and I can change settings for each separately as well.

You can find more info on what GP is capable of as well as tutorials on each function available here: https://docs.generatepress.com/

Like others have suggested, I would set up a test site and back up your current site before going ahead and making big theme changes.

Good luck, Shannon

Thanks Shannon,

Really appreciate your help.

All the best,

Tom

Before you start trying to change themes on your live site, create a test website using one of your free site rubix websites (no need to activate the SEO plugin). Then fill it with some content like you have on your live site (you can just copy & paste), and then test different themes viewing the test website on mobile. Once you have found a theme that looks best, then change you live website. NOTE: You may have to tweak the format of your content as some themes may be a bit different.

Thanks mate,

That sounds like the best idea. I'll try out different themes on another domain first.

Thanks again,

Tom

My pleasure Tom.

Hi Tom
Dale is absolutely right, it's more hassle than it's worth to change CSS code. Asking the community for advice about a free theme that looks good on a mobile. I can't help you because I use paid themes. It is really imperative that your site looks great on a mobile
