Thanks, guys.
I'm coming to the conclusion that this blogging thing is yet another one of those "lifestyle choices."
I suppose it's an outgrowth of the absolute need for consistency in posting writings as well as the urge to continually expand and improve your ways of moving through a world populated by bots and search engines and other people's eyes (and wallets).
Because I'm working on this as a side-gig, my day job and the rest of the dailynesses in my life tend to get first dibs on my attention, but I am getting better at making room for it all, I think.
I'm noticing, though, that there does tend to be a glazing-over of eyes among my compatriots, colleagues and heart-people when I get over-amped and start in on the assorted fascinations that this thing holds for me.
They reel me back in and remind me that there are whole other worlds out there that have nothing to do with content-making, indexing and other SEO esoterica and the vagaries of online marketing.
(Sigh!)
I am fortunate, I think, to have this place (WA) and all of you guys who also share this obsession and preoccupation. It helps.

We all have our own lifestyle choices Netta. Some make good decisions, some not so good and some downright disastrous.

It’s very upsetting for a person to see someone doing it when they have spend a lifetime of making excuses to why they can’t. That’s why people who actually try often get criticized.
If this is what you want, don’t give up. And when you do succeed you will see that hose people wanna be a part of it..
Keep you head up and ignore the naysayers.

Naw...my guys are cool. They're just not so all-fired interested in Netta's latest "greatest thing." I overflow with the durned things.

I rarely talk about it to anyone other than those who see me sitting at the computer for hours on end and few curious friends when they ask. Most family and friends don't even know I have a website... they just know I do something online, lol.
Great post and I agree, we're all fortunate to have WA and the community to share our obsession.
