Fear is a brain issue.
“WEALTH AND HEALTH.”
“Put yourself on the line and be the master of your time.”
We all have a fear. For some it will be snakes, some it will be heights. No matter what it is you will find it is all in the mind. The management of fear is a long term problem to overcome. Very few people are able to put in the effort or know how to control it.
To control and overcome fear we must work at it in different ways and adapt the brain which is the so call computer of the human body. Nothing we do can be done without the management of the brain organising the body to do its will.
Training the brain to except mental skills is not easy. The power of the mind needs the bodies help to prove it can cope with the physical cooperation to carry out what the mind wishes are.
The body must practice how to cope and prove to the mind that it can arrive at the finish line a winner. If you are afraid of heights then start climbing a ladder. First only climb up only one or two steps many times until you can do it with out any fear.
Learn just like a swimmer learning to first swim across a pool. Patrice going across until confident to start and go the pool length. With practice in start going more than one length. Before long we find there is a champion in the making. The fear of water and swimming is long gone and forgotten.
All efforts in life are similar. Work past the fear. Be positive not negative. I am too old or I might “whatever” hurt myself etc. It is all in the negative mind. Practice like an athlete learns to cope and you will find fear is long gone as your positive confidence grows.
Before long looking back you do not realise how you ended up so far up the ladder. Just never give up. Always be positive and you will be in the top 20% of the Worlds population. 80% NEGITIVE 20% POSITIVE. Always focus on going ahead. At 74 years of age I want everyday to be an upgrade in my life, that is I want to be better today than I was yesterday and tomorrow better than I was today.
I will have to find another fear to overcome tomorrow if necessary. Meditation is a big help when the mind needs encouragement. No tunnel vision attitude is excepted. Look at all the avenues for helping the mind and body to cope with any situation in “power of the mind.”
Control of the mind gives you mental skills to improve and provide you with a good mindful attitude so that your fear rating will drop to very little. Managing the brains fear, whatever it is you will find the life you live will improve day after day.
NAPOLEON HILL QUOTE.
“Do not wait: the time will never be 'just right'. Start where you stand, and work whatever tools you may have at your command and better tools will be found as you go along.”
“Set your mind on a definite goal and observe how quickly the world stands aside to let you pass.”

Well I have a big problem.
What have I done.
How did I get this blog in here as I have been madly updating all 150 odd blogs about being positive with health and wealth.
Now I will have to see what happened.
I am starting to blog about dementia.
I hope I am not getting a touch of it.
