Is it DEFINITELY a LEGITIMATE Wealthy Affiliate email address?
It could be SPAM.
I very much doubt that Carson would refer to himself as the "CEO" of Wealthy Affiliate.
I have never heard/seen Kyle or Carson refer to themselves as anything but the "co-owners" or "co-founders"
If for any reason this IS legitimate, then check the email address it has been sent to, is this the same email address as the email you use to log into Wealthy Affiliate?
I have a few different gmail addresses that I have signed up to Wealthy Affiliate with, simply so I can see what types of emails are sent to those who haven't upgraded yet.

Okay, and it's definitely been sent TO the SAME email address as you're logged into your account with?
If so, then leave a message on Kyle or Carson's profile (they'll answer quicker via their profiles than by PM), providing a screenshot of the email and your explanation.
Then I'm sure they'll look into it and respond.
But, yep, I get you, you're definitely logged in, you're definitely showing as a Premium Member, so if it is a legitimate email, it's weird!
And if you're about, I would think that Kyle would be in Live Chat within the next 30-60 minutes as well.
