Hey Zoli,
Here's Kyle's training on affiliate links: Adding Affiliate Links to Your Pages How far along in the training are you?
Hey Triblu, thanks for showing me Kyle's training video on affiliate links. I am familiar with the process, but my question was how do I get my advertising website to initially provide me with the affiliate links to add to my own website.
I am not that far in the training as I am still learning. How have you been doing?
Ohhh okay Zoli, sorry 'bout that.
Did you go to the vendor's affiliate web page? That's were the codes and images are provided along with instructions.
If yes, and you're still confused, let me see the affiliate page URL and I'll be able to help you better from there.
Yes, I would love that. Thanks for you help. The advertising vendors website url is Ajjcornhole.com. At the bottom if you click affiliate and log into their affiliate program it gives you the above message.
To set up your affiliate link, use any page with a .php extension, for instance products.php?PARTNER=thezoulster1963
I do not understand what they mean by .php extension. what is it they want me to do?
Can you also explain this to me? What are they telling me about how their commission system works?
Please note that these totals are only provisional. Commission will only be paid on cleared funds, and sometimes sales are "charged back".
Total so far today$0.00
Total yesterday$0.00
Total month to date$0.00
Total last month$0.00
The above totals are for sales generated, not commission due.
Hey Zoli,
PHP is simply a file extension. If you look at the affiliate web page URL:
https://www.ajjcornhole.com/affiliate.php
you will see the file extension php.
Here's my video showing you what you need to do:

Make sure you use Pretty Link plugin to make your affiliate links look "prettier". Pretty Links Hope this helps you.

Can anyone help me with this?
I just recently had to re post the new links on my website after purchasing the new domain:
all-about-cornholes.com and when I clicked on
I had this happen too. You need to let site support know, they had mine fixed in minutes. Here is the link to support.

Hey Zoli,
It might be that your WordPress theme has a 404 page included that you need to setup. What theme are you using?
Hey Triblu, thanks for your help. On this particular website I am using the freenity theme for my wordpress. Do think I should update the theme or change the whole theme completely and it is too late to do that at anytime?
There's no need to change your theme yet Zoli. The 404 error message won't take care of itself.
I did a quick Google search for "freenity theme - 404 page" (without the quotation marks, of course) and found the following post as number 1 in the search results: https://theme4press.com/creating-a-cool-404-page-for-your-wordpress-theme/
If that doesn't work for you, try running the same search and take a look through the many posts offering suggestions, and then make a decision.
...check where you purchased the domain...they should be able to provide you with some concrete answers...
I purchased my new domain through the WA Site Domains. That shouldn't have anything to do with why I got the message. I was thinking it has something to do with my affiliate provider cornholes.com.
