I have heard people say “I need a drink“ and this is not true. Alcohol is toxic and will kill you. so, unless you need to die, you do not need alcohol.
I have also heard people say “I want to own a house”, and this may be true. In fact, shelter is important, and you probably do need a house, or at least need some sort of shelter to protect you from the elements of nature.
Or maybe they would say “I want to be healthy“and, this may also be true.

People need their health, and people need shelter. A house 🏠
The health niche is a good niche, because everybody needs their health. Even if you are filthy rich it’s a pretty good idea to be healthy so you can enjoy your riches.
I have my money invested in real estate (REITS) so this is a pretty secure investment in my opinion.
Generally speaking, I am pretty healthy for 65 years old. I think I may be starting to work in the health and wellness niche.
Seems pretty secure.
