When you ask Google An Uncomfortable Question
Ever seen Google babble? I asked several times using the article title to sanity check it. This is what it shows me. Either it is freaking out, or ET wants to throw me off! You decide.

haven't seen that, but why would you ask it for a 'sanity' check?! I'd expect that request to be meaningless to it hence more confusion... same as with folks advising on asking for a 'truth' check...abstract subjective terms for humans never mind machines.
Sanity check is performed by my AI agent, to verify sources and citations. It pulls random things and shows me this is one of them.
wow 'sanity check' is such a loaded term - what is the opposite, I wonder - 'sanity vs conspiracy or official truth'? Even verifying sources and citations - consistency is one thing, but deeming sources as official or not again goes into the 'who decides' category - I am just so used to bias in what is allowed online these things come up for me...especially the grip the past few years
ps I just finished arguing with scientists at Cambridge over this, an exam question was on the 'gold standard triple blind study model' which I successfully showed them was easily manipulated...
You have to study both sides of an argument to provide the best information possible. Although I will admit, I remain a skeptic on both sides of this one.
at Cambridge I argued with the scientists recently that they no longer study both sides of the argument - that it is not real science or education when they leave stuff off the table - turns out tutors these days are all employees of industry...so your standards are high but that principle is disappearing out there and may not even be a thing for the next generations!!
I feel the issue with this generation is social media. With Influencers that "tell" them how and what to think, rather than individuals searching for their own answers to form their own opinions.
Morning Michael
See the screen shot, see the babble, but not seeing the full question.
What exactly did you ask?

Michael, you took Google by surprise and choked by its algorithm 😀
I did something to it!
