Together We Learn

In the past, I often referred to AI as "Evil AI," thinking it may lead to our eventual downfall. Future advancements still scare the hell out of me, and nothing will ever change that. Just two questions made me wonder one day, so I asked them directly. Everyone's doubts will be different, but the answer to these questions is what I really wanted to hear.

Question 1

I asked ChatGPT a simple question: Do you have the Ability to Learn?

"I don’t learn in the way humans do—but I can remember things during our conversation and across chats if you want me to. That’s how I help with ongoing projects or keep your preferences in mind."

When you use GPT, it learns. How you operate, allowing it(AI) to make suggestions when you use it going forward. This ability I have found to be useful as it sometimes points out the little things I overlook, such as soft CTA's(Call-To-Actions) in my content. This alone has helped improve how I deliver content to readers.

Question 2

I asked ChatGPT another question: How accurate is the information you provide me when I ask a question?

If you're doing something critical (like publishing content or making a decision), just ask:

“Is this up to date?”

“Where did this come from?”

“Can you double-check this with a source?”

And if it ever matters a lot, I'll use tools to verify, like searching the web or running live code.

Want me to check something now?

I have learned to accept the help and double-check it against what I already know or can find the answer to. So far, I have failed to disprove anything it knows, even in the field of Towing, which I am very knowledgeable in. Things that took me years of experience to learn, GPT can provide the answer in a fraction of a second.

As I move forward, I plan to remain skeptical, but I agree to allow it to help me. ChatGPT has changed the way I look at AI. The fear of the unknown is ever-present in my life, but with this tool, the advancements it has made and the ways I leverage them have changed, helping me on my journey.

From Blog Topics, to research, and the the creation of infographics and tables. GPT has helped me, and if used correctly, can help anyone find success if you choose to allow it.
