Many of you already know about my breast cancer surgery journey that I have been dealing with since May 2024. I will have my final reconstructive surgery on December 5, 2024. I have been lucky that I didn’t have to have radiation or chemo. Breast Cancer Recovery and Back to Work

My breast cancer surgery went really well! My recovery is much easier than I thought it would be. I had good ROM (range of motion) quickly. I had figured I couldn’t use my arms for a couple of weeks, but I immediately could use both, although restricted.Today makes it a week since surgery. I was able to pick mint from my garden – yea!
