I Can't but God Can
Yesterday I went to a spritual retreat that was given by my employer as a gift to their staff. It was a very nice retreat and I'm so grateful that my workplace is Christian based. The speaker said some things that hit home and I wanted to pass on to you.
"I can't but God can". Have you ever said, "I can't do this anymore"? Or maybe, "Oh I can't do that, I don't know how." Or even, "That is too hard for me, I can't do that."
There are all sorts of scenarios. Pick one, we've all done it.
Well, the speaker yesterday reminded us that we are God's beloved. We were made by Him. We were chosen by Him. We are loved by Him. He is in use and we are in Him..
It doesn't matter what can't do. God can. Since He is in us, we need to let Him do it through us. Go for it. Reach for your dreams. Go for your goals. With God in us, the strength is there.
I thought about my desire to build my webites, to help people through my websites, and work full time from home. That is my goal. That is my dream. I've never tried anything like this before because I'm scared. I'm afraid I don't have what it takes. But God does. I need to ask Him, and then let Him do it through me. Things have always gone so much better when I depend on God.
You can do it too. God is in you too. He chose you. Go for your dreams. Ask Him for help.

What you say is so true and a good reason to never give up. We must submit to Him and make Jesus the Lord of our life and then He will hear us.

To be able to exchange ideas, thoughts, dreams, frustrations in a supportive environment is such a blessing. How blessed we are.
I get so bogged down when I try to do it myself. I sometimes forget to take the deep breaths and remember where my strength comes from.

A few weeks ago, I had gotten to the point where I said to myself, "I just can't do this anymore." I was hot, tired, sore, sweating buckets and frustrated. I took a couple of deep breaths, calmed my mind, and dug back in and finished the task.

We are one with the great Source so everything is possible.
We just need a bit of little faith to see things moving!

Tina, the world still, as a whole, treats this like a big secret.
Instead of just trying it out.....
After all, I've never read of a single case where the person was sincere, and it did not work.......
