Huge step into the "Out of Comfort Zone"!

Last Update: June 12, 2016

This morning I did things I never imagined I would do. I put some of my posts on Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and Google+! It felt so strange but also very exciting! I'm probably acting a bit foolish, but this was a huge step for me. Kyle, you did a great job coaching me through this. Thankeep you.

Let me know if you have the same feelings as I have about this, or if I'm just so naive that I'm the only one 😕

Tina

I also used to cringe putting my posts on social media, but now I know it is not so bad and it gets more eye balls to your website.

That is great news. It is a bit scary to put yourself out there

No you're not. The whole social media thing is something I have to dive into.

I've thrown a few "test lines" in the water with minimal result. I know that I have to get into the training for that arena so I have some idea of what I am doing.

Good Job though!

I am not holding my breath for the interactions from the "test lines" I'm throwing out there. We'll see.

No, you're not the only one at all. I still am struggling with the social media stuff, I feel like a fish out of water but it does get easier, step by step and day by day.
Good job Tina!

How long have you been putting your WA stuff on social networks? Do you get interactions from others?

I've been using facebook for about a year, because that one I was already somewhat familiar with. Pinterest, linked in and Twitter I just started using a couple months back, and I'm still struggling.
There are several members that have some great training and blog posts on social media. I find most help when I search in the "search for help" space at the top of the WA page.
On Pinterest my followers are growing quickly and on facebook I have followers but very little interaction.

Is it not exciting and yet scary to step out of that comfort zone?

Oh yes. Very scary and yeah, exciting too. I just hope I can keep up with it.

Social Media has a certain trepidation for some, myself included. This is what I have learned: Keep it real, keep it honest and keep it clean and you'll do fine.

Tina, that's very good of you and it's even even better that you share these things to become an encouragement for others(for me, in particular...)
Have a good day!

Congratulations, Tina at first it can be unnerving if you are not used to it. It will become second nature. One rule of thumb try and keep business sperate to personal.

Tina you are doing really well. It's always a little difficult when we first step out of our comfort zone, but just know that we all have your back :)
