Go Yearly At Wealthy Affiliate? Is It Worth It?
o For those of you who have considered going yearly at Wealthy Affiliate I have to say that in hindsight it is exactly what I should of done. Why do I say this now? Because I am now at a point where my membership is being paid for through my efforts on here. I no longer need to shell out the close to $50.00 a month for my monthly membership. It's a good feeling because for many months I pondered whether or not this whole thing was even going to work. I stuck with it for over two years but now my membership is covered by referrals alone. Anything else I make is all the better.
Wealthy Affiliate is not for everyone, I have to admit. It's not for those who plan on sticking around a few months to "See if it will pan out." I learned this the hard way and quit at about six months in but quickly joined back up. By six months I had put too much time into my website to just quit cold turkey. And I am glad I stuck it out because if I hadn't I wouldn't be here almost 2 1/2 years later still plugging away on my website and earning enough where I don't even have to pay a membership here anymore.
I would say if you are serious about this and not just "kickin' the tires" then by all means consider going yearly if it's in your budget. You will save a ton of money in the long run and could very easily be making enough by the end of that year to pay for the membership and be making some decent extra money.
I don't want to say it's easy sticking it out even for the first year. There is always something to do, somewhere to go and things we want to do. But I will say that if you do stick this out in the next year you will look back and think "I'm sure glad I did!"

I would have to say that WA, in general, is worth the money that I spend on it. No, I am not making money, but, I am learning the business and expanding my horizons.
I am glad I went yearly during the Black November sale and I intend to do it again.

I took the Black Friday Yearly Membership Sale of $299.99 per year 3 months in. It took me about 5 months to make enough in WA commissions to pay that back. Then in about an additional 9 months I was making $299.00+ every month.
So within 14 months, a little more than a year after going yearly, I was able to have my yearly membership paid for with one month of WA commissions. All the other months are pure profits, plus the commissions I make from other affiliates programs.
If anyone reading this is feeling a little bit discouraged because you are not seeing results, trust me, do not quit. Keep working hard. It took me more than a year to be making $299.00+ per month from WA, and I probably could have done it quicker.
You have made a wise decision. The cost is much less than going monthly. I like the yearly plan and regretted not doing it sooner.

I went yearly in the first week, because I knew I wanted to make sure I dedicated the time. I wondered if I went monthly whether I’d stop before I’d given it a good go. I’m in month 4 now and I love it here.
By Al means, if it's in the budget I would recommend going yearly!!

I went yearly about 6 weeks in. Sure at that point that I would be making 5k a month in a couple months. After realizing that was not going to happen.
Found that the yearly makes it harder to give up. Why quit now it is paid for.

We went yearly, within the first month. We are in it for the long haul and yearly membership will save us a lot of money. It's the best thing to do and we recommend this to everyone if you can afford the annual fee.

Thanks for sharing. I will stick it out. I am yearly and at this point it looks like I will be renewing next year. :)
