Debited from my card and got the confirmation email. But still no premium. What's going on?
The same thing happenned to me... In the account settings section it says in payment history that i made a payment tomorrow. There's a chance it wont update until the next business day, Monday. Hopefully both of our problems will be solved tomorrow.
Just checked it. Says Last Payment: September 14, 2015 Hope it happens tomorrow. Thanks for the heads up!

Since the system doesn't seem to recognize you as a premium member, you can't access it.
Best thing would be to contact Jay, then.

Ok, here's the answer from support.
You need to open a ticket so that they can help you. (Legal reasons, I guess.)
To do this, you first need a website.
Just create a free siterubix website quickly (takes a minute) and then you should be able to open a ticket.
You can delete this site anytime, so don't think too much about it.
Just type a random name in there and pick any theme.
It's just to get access to the support.
Tell them your problem and they let you know what's going on.
They reply within minutes.
Let me know how it goes.

Mh, weird about the support ticket, as this was the suggestion of the support.
Seems to be a premium only feature then.
