Debited from my card and got the confirmation email. But still no premium. What's going on?
The same thing happenned to me... In the account settings section it says in payment history that i made a payment tomorrow. There's a chance it wont update until the next business day, Monday. Hopefully both of our problems will be solved tomorrow.
Just checked it. Says Last Payment: September 14, 2015 Hope it happens tomorrow. Thanks for the heads up!
No problem. I was about to make a very, very similar post until I saw the dates, so fingers crossed.

Ah, then the support is only for premium members.
Since the system doesn't seem to recognize you as a premium member, you can't access it.
Best thing would be to contact Jay, then.

But this is really the first time that I heard of something like that.

I just opened a ticket with the support.

Ok, here's the answer from support.
You need to open a ticket so that they can help you. (Legal reasons, I guess.)
To do this, you first need a website.
Just create a free siterubix website quickly (takes a minute) and then you should be able to open a ticket.
You can delete this site anytime, so don't think too much about it.
Just type a random name in there and pick any theme.
It's just to get access to the support.
Tell them your problem and they let you know what's going on.
They reply within minutes.
Let me know how it goes.

Looks like me and him are having the same problem. Hopefully I'm right and its the business day thing because it says sept. 14th as payment for both of ours. I tried making a website like MoritzS suggested but still cant find how to open a ticket without premium activated.
Mh, weird about the support ticket, as this was the suggestion of the support.
Seems to be a premium only feature then.
But I am sure that Carson has got your back now.
