Greetings

I have a small issue regarding the anchor text of backlinks to your website. I have read on various websites that brand and domain name is a must be for anchor

Thanks for asking this question Stefan!

Well, for nothing :)

Greetings Stefan, great question and presentation. Here is what I've experienced. Google can "never" be set in stone!! It is an ever evolving Big Governing Entity! They swing the really BIG BAT!! So, the best idea is to keep keywords within the domain name and... be sure it "makes sense" to the average person reading it. It should contain the meaning you desire... along with the right keyword tags and you can even add to it to insure it makes sense to the reader.
Always be aware that Mr. Google can and will continue to change their protocol and rules. I guess it keep out the spammers, but it also is very restrictive to the honest online business advertiser.
I hope this helps... All the Best... Good Question!!

I agree Nick, incidentaly I have either benefited or was damaged by various google updates through all my "career". Probably if you manage to replicate the human behavior, then you will likely escape major breakdowns, since if google starts banning human behavior, that would become an issue.
Thanks for the input!

Greetings Stefan... and Amen to that!! It is quite the Police Department for sure!! If there is the slightest "question"... poof... you're gone - deindexed or so far down the rankings that even we would not be able to find our own website!! :)
It is an ever evolving machine... that was how we were so very successful until our Government shut us down... we advertised "offline" through live radio interviews, radio advertising, TV advertising and newpaper/magazine (hard copy stuff) all offline and extremely expensive, but we reached several million people each week. It was a numbers game. It is very expensive but it is much more profitable when you get a strong endorsement! If I were to do the same marketing concepts online... Google would de-index our website. I'm trying to get enough revenue generated with our limited marketing niche (that the EPA - Government will allow us in...) then I will supplement my advertising offline again.

Howdy Nick, I have read your history before, wish you a fast recovery! And back to Google, although I understand ( at least some of ) the thinking behind their algorithm updates, it seems to me that it's a matter of supporting the big spenders while cracking down on the start-ups. Because a big website would be able to start an aggressive marketing campaign with no penalties ( they have the budget to also buy links, ads, not talking about google ads programs ) because they have a history, yet the same behavior is quickly locked down if is coming from a new website.

As I see it, the behavior is discriminating, yet, money talks. It's like as a starter you are tagged with a "guilty" tag, and first you have to prove you are innocent before being allowed to move forward. And please believe me that, as an owner of websites that were doing pretty good, I got my eyes on a lot of automated comments coming from the huge websites out there ( I suppose it came from them, since the backlink in the comment was sending to their homepage). And if you have the patience to check their backlinks with programs like semrush, you will see that, invariably, they all also do nasty online marketing beside the natural growup, yet they benefit of the doubt.

PS: I am intrigued about the attitude and the limitations imposed by EPA including over the online marketing means, but not only.

You are correct. You know, it is no different than they control they impose on us offline... throughout the world... and they are easily now in the same position online. After all, control feeds control and they understand how online is the next frontier. They with the money will do all necessary to keep all the money.
Thanks for the reply!!

How many of you use the siterubix and WA hosting services? I am thinking of using my own hostgator hosting, because I am thinking about ip diversity, the 24/7 te

How can I transfer my domain to my present provider. Will WA allow this transfer and what would be the difference in your fees?

A part of this comment was in reply to another comment that was deleted. I will still leave it since it might help. Cheers

Where did you buy your domain? Here it's a WA tutorial which might help you:
How to Transfer a SiteRubix Website to Your Own Domain
Also, I do not agree about the fees you have to pay, if you can pay the monthly fee for Wealthy Affiliates, paying another 10 USD a month so you can host your domains on hostgator or stuff like that is nothing.
And all the big places offer backups and very secure hosting nowadays, they can't afford to have angry clients, given the variety of options in terms of hosting.

I am not sure what you mean, but there is no way FTP access to be charged.
Examples:
http://hostgator.com/shared-compare
https://www.godaddy.com/hosting/web-hosting.aspx#compare-plans

Those above are just a few examples, very affordable ones, with options under 10 USD a month. Full instant backups, a lot of applications available in one click installs, ftp access ( but this is the most basic feature available for free in any hosting provider ), spam protection for emails, etc, etc.

If you are not accustomed to technical settings, then maybe WA is a better option than a hosting service, but in terms of features, such hosting providers are not inferior under any circumstances.

Hi Stefan. I'm not sure why you would want to pay Hostgator or any other hosting service, when you have free hosting here for up to 25 websites. You also receive 24/7 support here as well. You are already a premium member, so there is no additional cost to you. I'm just thinking it makes more sense from a financial standpoint. :)

Well, I already have hosting with hostgator for many years now. So it won't be a new financial burden or so. I tend to use specialized services for everything. A company that has as main focus hosting should do it better than someone offering packages of multiple things.

I am not saying WA offers low quality hosting or packages, so don't get me wrong. I am looking for opinions, ignoring the financial side, which is not big either, you do not need 100 USD a month to host several websites. And when you will need that, most likely you will earn much more than 100 USD a month, the hosting will be spare cash.

And technically speaking, you have more control over your hosting with a service like hostgator.

Greetings

I have read the Traffic Diamond pdf files, I have received the bonus after going premium.

In the second pdf file, there is a list of 200 keywords, with tra

Competing pages means the amount of competing pages for the same keyword. Dependant on the search method this can either be a broad match, a phrase match or an exact match.

I recommend you to do your own keyword research and not rely on keyword lists. If you must you can use them to get inspiration for niche keywords but you should not copy the keywords used. Find variations on them.

Hi Erolalici

Thanks, but I am studying, I am not planning to use keywords from keywords lists. I am trying to understand how did they get on that list, because I did my own research with Adwords and Semrush and they do not have too many monthly searches.

For example, 1. power conversational hypnosis review, 3846 traffic, 30 competing pages. In google it has 0 monthly searches.. So I wonder what's the 3846 traffic? And the 30 competing pages?

I know what generally speaking competing pages mean, I work online for 10 years. I am asking about the pdf file, what's the criteria.

So, competing pages, does it mean the websites that pays ads for this keyword? The websites that contain the exact match and rank in google? I am talking about the diamond ultra keywords and the traffic written in the pdf, not anything else.

Oops, sorry missed that part :-)

Lemme do my own research and I'll let you know in a few minutes.

Thank you :)

Greetings my friends and foes

I would like to move to more advanced tutorials, because I already have enough experience and knowledge, and watching a half an hour video wh

This story almost describes my own journey, apart from the adult niche thingie (although I did think of it, but hey, I have a girlfriend :-)

Name a marketing tool or tactic and I used it, including PPC but I never really got in to it. Like you i'd put most of my egs in one or 2 baskets.

Opportunities came and went, I even lost 4000 USD on one opportunity because I trusted the owner instead of my own intuition.

I primarily used email marketing and landing pages to drive traffic to my offers and convert them into leads. It worked fine for a while, but as you experienced yourself things changed and I had to figure out how to get back on track. What works great now, might not work great in the future. That's why anticipation and testing should always be part of any marketing effort as you surely agree with.

Right now I do skip a lot of training for the same reasons you said. I might just do only the bootcamp training, not sure if that's a good idea but we'll see.

Anyway, like I said before, I'd be very happy to learn from you and show you how I did things myself :-)

Well, I'd be happy too, and I will be around so I will be here to share, when there will be good things to share. I am trying to go by all the training, going on fast forward through what I already know, and I think it worths the hassle since I still take notes of various things from time to time that are a novelty and worth to know.

My other major mistake, beside the eggs in one basket, was that I did not invested in myself, in time to learn new things and stuff, training, etc. Hopefully I shall remember that when I shall make 10-20k a month. It would be awesome if I will do that in December, I know it's possible to explode like that.

Cheers mate

I know you never tried PPC but if you are looking to get quicker results PPC is the way to go. If you don't know what you are doing you can lose money quickly here is some training on it:

WA Affiliate Bootcamp - Bing, Yahoo, & The Power of PPC (Phase 6)

Thanks mate, I will read it now, I have just upgraded to Premium. I said that I won't upgrade anything until I make some money due to my wild spending on "learning" in the last 2 years, no matter how small the fee. Hopefully I will get some insight about PPC, not sure if enough to jump in there now.

WA is a step-by-step process. I don't suggest skipping around trying to find a video where you should start. There are many here with tons of more experience and most of them were lost and had to backtrack. They also spent too much wasted time asking questions and waiting for replies. I would start with either promoting WA or choosing your own niche. The videos are not long and you would enjoy Kyle's commentaries! This program is not a race...take your time! Just start! Good luck!

I am taking the first steps, not skipping anything yet, the last 2 months I have been reading and watching videos, learning and improving as much as I did not do it for all my life ( this should be a metaphor ).

Yet sometimes point blank advices are quite a good thing.

LOL!!! Have fun and we'll be here for you...or you for us...lol!

Thank you, you too! My "wisdom" is all to share lol.
See you around girl

Can't wait!!!

You know milady, the man has to have the last word!! Something like "Yes, dear", "Of course, dear", but it's a matter of pride, lol
