Treated WA as a full time job this past 7 days. Results?
I currently am in college and since its summer, so i have plenty of free time. I have now completed a full 7 days here at wealthy affiliate spending at least 8 or more hours each each day on my website. My results?
- Finished the entire 5 online certification courses
- I have created a website with 2 posts around 1,000 words
- I have created around 11 pages with a few hundred words each
- I have partnered with three separate affiliate programs
- My Facebook page has over 1,100 likes for my website
- I connected with a Youtube content creator through Twitter that has agreed to promote my website within his 15,000 followers in exchange for my digital designing skills. His 15,000 followers all fall under my Niche.
- I've also completely redesigned my website at least 3 times (hopefully the last)
- Received an average of 20 unique new users visiting my site each day for the 4 days its been trackable.
I dont say any of this to brag, but it just shows what YOU can truly accomplish in a short amount of time if you are committed. I first started here at WA because i was honestly kinda bored and it seemed cool. What kept me here was the insane amount of knowledge i was learning for JUST $19!!! Kyle literally provided a course that would cost thousands at a university for under $20.
Unfortunately my site is not indexed within search results yet because I kinda shot myself in the foot from the start adding everything BUT content to all my pages and posts (include affiliate links) to outline my pages so i could just go in and write. It seemed like the perfect idea and is somewhat similar to how i write essays for school, however i didn't know exactly HOW HARD google penalized lack of content. I only realize the true damage about a day ago and have since removed all affiliate links except for on one of my posts which sits near 1000 words.
This is something that I could actually enjoy doing everyday. Its great because its a mix of a lot of different things including marketing strategies, freelance writing, website development, and networking within the community of WA and my niche. I truly hope i find some success in this in order to proceed in the future. My thanks aren'y only extended to Kyle, but to this community.

Great inspiration. I think at the beginning we should look at this as a full time job. Unfortunately not all of us have the time, because of various committments. Keep pushing on and keeping us informed of your progress.
Way to go Spence. Inspiring! Goes to show what a little serious will do. Keep it up, you've got momentum on your side.
Great progress. It does show what you can do when you have the time to be able to focus. All the best pushing forward :)
