Where did the time Go?

Are you using in-between time? Ever notice those little windows of opportunity that pass through our lives every day? They arrive without fanfare, so it's easy to not notice, they sneak past us many times, everyday. A meeting starts late. The train is crossing. Can I put you on hold, thank you. Those bits of time can add up quicker than we imagine. Thirty minutes of in-between time can easily turn into 30 minutes a day and for a year that's more than 3 wks at no cost. When we seek an answer?

We are bombarded these days with so much info. Search any topic and it's easy to be overcome with information from here and there, with even our own 2 cents thrown in for good measure. The right answer is always accompanied by a knowing, a feeling of certainty, an expansion of the open heart. The truth usually comes with an understanding beyond our understanding. Fear is actually a friend.

When we set a goal and outline steps to take to fulfill that goal. Ego likes to cut in with a "Whoah! Are you sure about this? Then proceeds to bring forth it's greatest ally, Fear.
