Hello. When I advertise my premium promo affiliate link, (and assuming the prospect signs up for a free account first) would the prospect receive the grandfathered 50 websites

The latter part of your question, the three websites.

Noticed your comment below, you can check all the details here
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/upgrade

Hi TheAbie--

That link will only work if you have an account with WA. Otherwise, it redirects you to the sign-up page.

But I appreciate it. The root of my question stemmed when I saw the page that you're referring to, but it shows the grandfathered elements available to me if I wanted to upgrade. I'm interested in advertising the upgrade to prospects.

I shared it with you as a premium subscriber as you will able to see the details of what you want to mention to your starters via your website or marketing campaigns etc.

Precisely that.

Hi - they would be subject to the new rules, of 3 websites for Premium.

It is dependant on the date of joining.

Thanks Diane!

... a follow-up question: would the prospect receive the discount pricing (~50%).

Hi - you mean the reduced rate discount on their first month?

No, that offer was removed last year.

The membership is full price right from the start, but they do get a free .com domain with their first payment.

There have been a lot of changes recently.

Thanks again, Diane.

I have 1 domain pending removal in 7 days due to DNS issues, solidwalnut.com.

Why is that? It is simply a domain name that I own and transferred over to WA. I'm not read

Just ignore the message. It will disappear in a week or so.

Thanks Marion! I also talked with Support and they said the same thing. Have a great day.

I'm creating links and running into a WP issue with links that I don't understand.

I've created plenty of non-WP sites in the past and understand about absolute and re

Here's a refresher for you

Thanks Marion. Great training tool. Do you think that WP links to internal drafts by using the ?p=id page number and that it links to internal published pages/posts by the normal /post-name structure?

You need to select Post Name for your permalinks. You can't link to posts or pages that haven't been published. Go to Settings > Permalinks to select Post Name

Thanks. I already understand all of that. My permalink setting is the same as it was when the site was created. Yes, you CAN link to posts or pages that haven't been published. Copy the permalink in the edit mode of a draft. What it does is copy the ?p=
Of course, no one really wishes to link to drafts as an end result, but this was the reason for my original question. That is what I was seeing above in my original post here, and now I'm beginning to answer my own question!

Sounds like you've got it. Only you can see the drafts, not your visitors and not Google.

Right. The only reason I got into this question in the first place is because I'm building a site that requires a great number of internal links. I'm in the draft creation mode of these posts, rather than a normal blog style. I guess that's why I ran into this and I hadn't read about it anywhere else that I searched on the site.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Steve. I might have what you're looking for. I hope this helps.

Thanks Armand. That's good info, but that's not my issue. Although I think that I just figured out that WP directs internal links differently for published vs. draft, and that might be it.

But this will be good to have for the future. Thanks again.

Yw!

This goes along with what Kyle wrote about the use of h3 and h4 headers as well as others who advocate the use of short paragraphs and different colors and word headers to brea

If you feel like some topic deserves one post, then it should be one post. And if there is another post related to this, then link each other.

Internal lining is very good for SEO, so actually this is a good thing. Internal linking is good because it tells the bot that the posts you have are unified and not bunch of unrelated posts.

I think your page(link) is not long. It can be twice longer (if it needs to be)

Yeah, experienced guys out there write very long posts. When I am reading, even if their post is good, I get tired of reading it and feel like they are doing it for SEO.

Not only that, they get lots of lots of comments, so when I am on the top of the page, I don't see the comments down the page, and it feels much longer than actually is.

The internal linking makes sense. In a way, that might make up for 'lack of length' in the grading scale. But you've hit the nail on the head, really. If the topic needs more explanation, then make it longer. If it doesn't, it doesn't.

Thanks,
Steve

It can deffo be to long, but it can also be to short. Personally after much trial and error my posts always end up being about 1100 -1300 words long

I break up with headers and pics, im no expert not even earnimg yet but I beileve its the right balance at that length

I think you're right. I have to be careful to no be too short. The thought needs to be complete, whether it's by filling out all of the content or internal linking to complete a different segment of the thought.

Balance is probably key. Thanks for commenting.

What are the benefits of becoming an article writer for street articles?

None, street articles is defunct - just like any other article directory they are useless - ignore it all together. Any content you create add it to your website.

I'm up to speed now Leo. I see how it was a tool that used to be used but is really no longer necessary/viable. Makes sense to me to ignore and just concentrate on my own sites. Thanks.

No worries, anytime

You might find the answer here

Yep, that got me completely up to date. Thanks. Do you think that Kyle and Carson have plans to update the training material?

I don’t know, but I hope they do because quite a lot of members are getting confused by it. But then again, there are countless of update tutorials made by members to cover that so that definitely helps a lot.

Me too, me too. I'm sure that Kyle and Carson have a ton on their plate, but I see that as important info that should be told up front, and I hope that if they can't get to it that they hire someone to take care of it for them.

Agree. As of now, it’s up to us to do that. So, If you’re planning to write a WA review or already writing it, make sure to include that so people know what to expect.
