Or ringing in the ears ...
Is the sensation of hearing ringing, buzzing, hissing, chirping, whistling, or other sounds. The noise can be intermittent or continuous, and can vary in loudness.
And believe it or not, billions of people are "buzzed" worldwide.
According to the Hearing Health Foundation ...
- over 50 million Americans experience some form of tinnitus
- globally the number is up by 44%!
- hearing loss is the 2nd most prevalent health issue globally
- lifetime costs of profound hearing loss can be as much as $1 million per person in the US
Once again, the Google trends chart is showing a steady demand ...
... and a "buzzed" world ...
No wonder, Mr. Jaaxy gave me 60,409 AVG monthly searches for "tinnitus" ...
It's not a "deep" niche with many micro-niches involved, but there are many leverageable areas: herbal remedies for tinnitus, natural tinnitus treatment, tinnitus retraining therapy, tinnitus cures, tinnitus relief, tinnitus music therapies and audio systems, ear plugs, supplements, vitamins & pills, noise health effects, hearing aid, hearing loss, hearing test, etc.
And many affiliate products ... I found 20,000 tinnitus-related items only on Amazon.
My conclusion
It may sound a "funny" thing, but we are talking about a serious condition which is annoying billions of people everyday causing anxiety, sleeplessness and lose of concentration.
In other words, it's a huge niche with billions of desperate people who are willing to do literally anything to protect their hearing.
In my opinion is a real goldmine for affiliate marketers.

Interesting idea I never thought of, and I have it. It's a low hum, and most of the time I can ignore it.Which I'm thankful for.
I have a nephew who suffered from that a few years ago. It began when he was on an airplane with a cold. He had it for several months...not sure when it eased but you're right...it's a miserable condition.
It can be quite scary to hear all those ‘background noise’, especially when the night falls or in the middle of the night.
In fact, I was diagnosed with Tinnitus about a year ago. Due to stupid work stress too. Pardon me for saying that. Fortunately, I’ve recovered and the horrible ringing sound when there is silence was gone. GOD bless :o)
It’s still a good niche. Nowadays, a lot of people having hearing problem and the age is getting younger. Especially with the high technological stuff sticking all around their ear and blasting it. The best part is, Bluetooth earpiece also got ‘stuck’ into their ear. It’s near their brain too and it is harmful to the body. All these could be radiation :o)
