I am one of those shoppers. If i feel like l am clicking my mouse to much and not being able to make a quick and easy purchase i am out the gate.
Customer service keeps people coming, also the are likely to make a recomdation in favor of you
Under offer - over deliver. Customer service is always going to be important whether face-to-face or online. Great info. Thanks.

Yep. But usually those sites don't offer reliable support ... And that makes them less friendly :)
thank you, great stats once again fueling thoughts, but at the moment, not in a position to work with them... bookmarked :)
I agree that customer's satisfaction should be top priority. From my experiences, sellers are not or not able to 100% transparent on the promotion page e.g. return policy, shipping costs, payment methods etc.
Great stats Zed.
Thanks for sharing.

I know for myself, I am totally guilty of shopping cart abandonment! Mostly when shipping costs are too high and I can get the item somewhere else...
Interesting stats - thanks!
