I am using the Ad Mag-Lite theme and near the top left it has a Breaking News where you can put in tickers. I am trying to find out if anyone knows how to add the kopa-header
Thank you for helping me out. I do not see a Them Options. When I look at the side menu (screenshot1), I see Themes, Customize, Widgets, Menus and Editor but not Theme Options. Clicking on any one of them did not bring up what you have mentioned. Am I missing a step?
In that case, hop over to the developer's website and see if there are any instructions there, or ask for support.

How to add a ticker on the ad mag-lite theme?
I am using the Ad Mag-Lite theme and near the top left it has a Breaking News where you can put in tickers. I am trying to find out if anyone knows how to add the kopa-header
I found out how to add the ticker and that is by creating either a post or page and setting it to the Uncategorized Category. Now is there a way that you can have the text in the ticker link to an external link as compared to creating a post or page? So in my case I have a Breaking News and then the ticker(s). I want the user to click on that which will take them to the link corresponding to the ticker name.
As long as you can edit the HTML code of the ticker, you should be able to add a link in there.
I actually downloaded a plugin called External Permalink Redux which converts a page or post to an external link. I then created subcategories from the Category 'uncategorized' and each post (using the External Permalink Redux) is linked to its subcategory. Now I have 3 tickers showing. When clicking on them, it will redirect to the external links.
