I wish affiliate marketing was all sunshine and rainbows
I'm tired. I'm stressed. I'm frustrated.
And I've got nothing done all day.
But guess what guys?
We're ALL gonna have days like this:
Good days, bad days and pulling your hair out days.
The key 🔑 is to take a breath, realise it's par for the course and remember tomorrow is a new day 🌅 (I'm telling myself right now!)
Here's what I want to ask YOU:
How do you manage your time when there's so much going on?
How do you destress?
What practical stuff do you do to ensure your still moving forward with your business when life tries to get in the way?
Thanks for your input guys and I hope your week is going better than mine! 🙏🙏

One of the ways I try to move forward is to revisit the weekly plan, and see where I am, making sure tomorrow's plan is fresh in my mind. Then my mind has something to do during the night, and usually fresh ideas to help make up for the time I feel I lost.

Love this Sami! PLannign out the keywords for the week ahead definitely helps. I think your unconscious brain mulls it over whilst you sleep.
I'm actually thinking next week I'm going to get a whiteboard and write out my content schedule where I can always see it. Ticking off the tasks done for the week really helps keep me motivated as well.
Hi there, Simon.
Thank you for sharing your post. Today was my biggest challenge yet.
Today I had to punch failure in the face and put my game face on.
I've come too far; there's no turning back now.
There's always joy in the morning.
The best is yet to come.

Absolutely right Rachele! That's exactly how I was when iIgot started:
"This HAS to work. There is no other option!"
I really believe you have the right mindset and "oomph" to do really well at this! :)
We all have days like this Simon, you are certainly not alone!
Taking a break and stepping back for a day or two always helps me to see things in a different light!
For a quicker fix, just spending an hour or two in a local park with my pup always helps to clear my head a bit!
Take care my friend and enjoy the rest of your week! :-)
Yup! I feel your pain. Sorry you’re going through it but you’re right. We all do. Sometimes I just stop and meditate. Sometimes I stop and go for a run. Sometimes I just shut down for the day. It can be so very frustrating. I have gotten to the end of the training and it’s almost like it’s getting harder. I’m trying to balance training with learning new things and being part of the community. I am going to stick with it. I know you are too. I wish you so much success as you move towards your goal. Thank you for this post.

I make a point of leaving the house and getting a change of scenery. I also like what you said about shutting down for the day...
I got this from the Deep Work book where I get to a set time or until I'm "done" and I sit down the computer and actually say out loud "project shut down". It's just giving your brain permission to switch off.
You should definitely stick with it Hazel - it's totally worth it! I know you will too.
It's always hardest at the beginning but as you get better, you get more results and you start enjoying it. You'll get there! 😎💪💯
Like you, I also know the power of our words. So I will incorporate saying out loud, project shut down. Thanks very much, Simon!

Thailand, I was your neighbour in Malaysia for 5 years. I hope it's worked out Simon (the visa thing !). Yip, take a breath and simply do what you did, take a task and move forward. Accepting it is normal and a moment in time has always helped me move through tricky waters. Take care John
