When I clicked on a site to give feedback, it would not display properly, so I made a screen shot of it to send as feedback, and lost the "feedback" dialog box in the process

Do I lose access to anything by deleting an existing website to restart it from scratch?
I deleted several dummy websites when I first started with Rubix.
I am not sure what you mean by losing access to anything - but if you are deleting a website that you paid for then yes all your data is deleted. Unless you have backed it up.

I don't know the correct answer, but I know I started one, didn't like the title I made for the domain, so I am let it sit. I hadn't got that far in it...so I don't think I am missing anything.

Not that I am aware of, unless, of course, you were already indexed, in that case, you're going to have a lot of redirecting to do.

I am not sure what you mean by losing access to anything - but if you are deleting a website that you paid for then yes all your data is deleted. Unless you have backed it up.

My thrive theme visual editor that I had uploaded by support doesn't work. What's up? It doesn't have the menu above the page that is supposed to show up if the editor is loa
Hi Sheila, I think you may have to go back to support for that one, they will walk you through it.... I use Thrive Content Builder also and they have always been very helpful.... :)
Thanks. I'm having the devil of a time getting the visual editor installed for some reason. I think it will be fine once that is solved.

Honestly they are your best people for that plug-in, but once you have it up and running you are going to love it!!!! It's all I use now for editing, makes everything so much easier :)
