I just read the blog about "Fake Until You Make It".. It reminded me of some of my great training I received while working at the phone company. We were told to smile when talking on the phone because it comes thru... This is so true. Sometimes when you feel a little frustrated just take a deep breath and SMILE! Another thing is helping others actually gives you a better attitude. Another reason I think WA works so well.
