I do have a paypal account, but my problem, American Samoa is not in one of the countries at the Asia/Pacific region. They do have Samoa but its a different country from where I live. I wrote to them a few times if they could add American Samoa but did not got back an answer. They used to except checking accounts to fund paypal accounts but they discontinued that service.
I am trying to apply online for a debit or cr. card, hopefully I will find one soooon.
