The Way of Micro Steps
It's 8 months now that I joined WA and I haven't regretted it since. The longer I'm here the more I realize how many great resources I have at my fingertips. And the great resources are getting more and more. New training, new inspiring posts and new inspiring people!
Speaking of people: What a great supportive community! Having the opportunity to get help from experienced marketers any time you need it is priceless!
What I have achieved so far: I have built a niche website, earned some tiny commissions and learned a lot about online marketing. But more importantly I have gained trust to have all the resources at hand to reach my goal, quitting my dayjob and being able to work fulltime as an online marketer within the next 3 years.
Besides the time I spend on my dayjob and with my family there's only a few hours a week left for building my online business. But I'm more determined than ever to use this time effectively, reminding myself of my goal several times a day. I also remind myself of the alternative to getting successful online, which is working for someone else for the rest of my life, not having passive income streams which hopefully will support my wife and me when we get old and not experiencing the freedom to work where and when I want.
To keep moving forward consistently despite my "lack" of time I implemented the strategy of micro steps, doing at least one little thing for my business each and every day. Many micro steps will add up to big steps over time. And doing something every day simply makes me feel good and sleep well:-)
My goal for this year is to earn 100 € (aprox. 135 $) a month online. I'll be keeping you up to date with my progress.
Last I want to mention these three posts by WA members veronica.l, DomW and TJ7774 that have totally fired me up and strengthened my determination recently:
