Is it possible to reclaim a site abandoned a few months ago?
The site was hosted here at WA, I just never did renew the URL once the original one from expired.

If the domain name expired more than 60 days ago, then yes, you can register it again, as long as no one else has purchased it.
If you mean the website files, you can ask SiteSupport to restore them to a SiteRubix subdomain or another domain name that you own, as long as it was last backed up less than 60 days ago.
If it is has been a bit longer than that time period?
Guess I can just contact tech support and ask

Contact Kyle,l having the same problem my yearly is still active and with it active l could not take advantage of black friday, but Kyle has found me a compromise.

We can not get beyond the searching icon.
Thanks everyone- My fix was to use the bulk search! When I entered 4 names- it went through as it was supposed to!. Am not sure - there is probably a tutorial about all that- somewhere- I just did not see it. I am now the proud owner of Texas Wild Fire Marketing.com! Will have some content soon. Again, thank you for your help! I surely do appreciate it!

Hi Sami, I've just searched namecheap for my own domain as I know it's not available...it comes straight up with an X beside it and offers other alternatives... .co .net etc. which I don't own.
Searched another domain which came up as available and it's all there, add to cart and then checkout so it seems to be working. Not sure what your problem might be, have you tried using a different browser maybe?
Browsers may have had some effect- however it is now done- and not sure of all the reasons why. Thank you for your help and suggestions.
Could be that cleaning out the browser would have solved the problem- I just used bulk search, which I did not to start with, as I had an idea what I wanted , due to plans in the future. Thanks for your response and suggestions. Good luck with your projects
Hi Sam, is the domain name available? That's the only thing I can think of that might cause this. If that's the issue, a little box with an x you can click on to see all the other options. Not sure if this helps. Maybe someone else might have a suggestion.
No X to click on- there is no information at all except searching. Have logged on to the site 6 or so times, all with the same result. Should I wait till tomorrow- or search another host site? Thanks for your suggestions
