Fishing with the right bait.

I ama fisherman. I love the concept of fishing. Solitude. Fresh air. Human favorite element in the world, water. What could be more refreshing that doing such a mundane sport. There are so many fisherman who go out everyday and they don't catch a single fish. Nothing. Nada. Yet they continue to go fishing. They still are looking for the perfect catch. The feeling of adrenaline that rushes through there body when they feel the first little nibble on the line. They attempt to set the hook and the worst thing in the world happens. They don't hook the fish. They cry, complain moan and even throw the rod into the water. But after all the dust settles they just go right back to fishing like nothing has happened.

I bring this metaphor to you so that you might understand that internet marketing is exactly the same as fishing. You can't see the fish. You don't know where it is exactly in the water. You don't even know if they are going to take the bait. Yet you keep on fishing. Why? Because "A bad day of fishing is better then a good day at work". Start looking at your business like your fishing. Keep changing your bait to find the right one that works. Use all the tools a your disposal. Be creative. Look for that deep spot where the customer is hanging out. But most of all enjoy the moment. It will never happen again.Then when you get a nibble from the first customer and then you hook the hook, line and sinker the adrenaline will rush through your and you'll dance for joy.

Sometimes I feel the fish can sense when we're get frustrated. They sit there and laugh at you knowing full well that they are not touching your bait. They are being elusive and your not going to give up until you get what you want. Success.
