Anybody have any idea where that might be?
The standard name is httpdocs, but because they wanted to keep the original as it is, they might have created an http.docs (but folder is not possible with the point) zip file maybe?
You are sure it is not a zip file but a folder with a point in the middle?

This is what WA support sent me.
We have generated a full backup of your website which includes all files, plugins, themes and database content.
The file is named backup.tar.gz which has been copied to the httpdocs directory and can be downloaded via FTP using the following details;
Host : h138.mywahosting.com
Port : 21
Username : ftp_RGn96ODH
Password : 0eBwtdau
I have downloaded the file, but please remove your ftp details here, everybody can see this, next time send those thru a PM... ;-)
Ok, so in my understanding you just have to download the file to your computer and keep the backup there or better; put it on a USB stick...
Or what do you want that I do with that backup?
Never mind. I figured it out and have it downloaded to my computer. Next step getting it to the other host. Thanks for your help.
I am very happy you found an alternative, cause the file is 140mb...
And sending that in an email is not possible
But I would just send the file thru FTP to your other host...
Or even first decompress it (you can use 7zip as freeware to do that) and then upload it to your new host...
The new host also supports WordPress sites, I assume?

Wa has backed up my website to an http.docs directory?

Thank you so much. However, I followed your directions, used the WA username and password, etc and get "cannot connect to server" error. Any thoughts?
Never mind. I figured it out and have it downloaded to my computer. Next step getting it to the other host. Thanks for your help.

Can anyone tell me what I use to put in the host section for any website we have hosted here on WA?

I am trying to install Heat Maps as recommended by a WA member with little luck. Is this another plugin WA is blocking. If so I am going to be moving my website out of here.<

I use http://www.crazyegg.com for my heat maps, it is really a great tool and you have a 30 days trial, I am still in trial, but I think I will take the basic plan of $9 afterwards...

Does anyone know of a plugin or software that will integrate with woo ecommerce and upload products from different platforms like Amazon, Doba or other manufacturers?

Test them at your site rubix first.why?check this training from top achiever called test plugins which may wreck your sites.something like this.
Another resource is Marion Black.Sh3 advocates a lot on using site rubix to test first.Also a great teacher in Wordpress.

Thanks for your response. I am afraid there is nothing out there that will do what I need. I am taking products from sites like Amazon, Walmart, and other places and marking them up. These plugins you recommended bring the product over but I am unable to modify the pricing as far as I can tell.

WordPress Simple Paypal Shopping Cart.
Go to plugins and click on add new.
Then enter shopping cart in the search
near the top right. Pick the one you like.
I simply use PayPal most of the time
for products.
