I'll be 60 next month and I worked in the printing industry for 39 yrs. as a press operator. That's way too long. I moved in with my Mom 6 yrs. ago to help with my Dad who had a stroke, and after he died she didn't want to live alone and now is at that stage of life where she can't. I quit work 6 wks. ago because she needs someone here all the time, or at least most of the time. I need to create an income for myself without having to leave the house. I have my own website- but I can't figure out how to get people to buy. They visit, but I'm guessing the bounce rate is pretty high. I don't keep up with my blog because my ideas seem to be the same ones over and over again. I do coupons through a mass coupon submitter and I'm pretty well established on Pinterest. Mostly I need to make money at this point, not spend money.
Uncleyeti's Goals 3
I can honestly say I'd be happy for a year making $1000 per month. For the long haul though, I could be satisfied with about $5000 per month. I'm realistically spending around 20 hrs. a week and with everything I'm responsible for around this house, I don't see any increase in that amount any time soon. Considering I just turned 60, I just want a comfortable life from here on out enjoying the activities I've come to like so far sprinkled with a few new experiences from time to time.
