Hi, I signed up in February 2020 through a promotion, probably half off $250.
1. What was that membership rank? premium, premium plus, free membership?
Then one day
If you are trying to view a Premium Plus + training video, system would probably ask you to upgrade.
You'd know if you look top right of video, it should say if free, premium or premium plus +

How do I do that?
you have access to all of the members 24/7 feel free to post any questions you may have and someone will respond.
At Wealthy Affiliate you have the whole community behind you, there's no need to "team up" with anybody in particular... Anytime you have a question (like this one) just reach out & ask.
If you absolutely must team up with someone, then go back to the blogs you seen it mentioned & enquire.
