Okay I have to admit that since I've joined I've been so excited about being part of this great community that I'm spending more time connecting with members and less time creating.But I think I've come up with a solution (of course it will take some self control). First I put a binder together to keep track of my daily schedule and I've jotted down a number of hours that I must work on my site per day. One of the ways that I like to unwind is just taking a long walk on the beach. It helps me clear my head to just walk/jog for an hour or two on the beach. Today I actually didn't bring my headphones because I wanted to be more aware of my surroundings. The sound of the waves is both soothing and therapeutic.
