The Beach is my Escape
One of the ways that I like to unwind is just taking a long walk on the beach. It helps me clear my head to just walk/jog for an hour or two on the beach. Today I actually didn't bring my headphones because I wanted to be more aware of my surroundings. The sound of the waves is both soothing and therapeutic.
The peaceful beach early in the morning is the perfect quiet place because for me it's just so serene.
