Moving past the Distractions
Okay I have to admit that since I've joined I've been so excited about being part of this great community that I'm spending more time connecting with members and less time creating.
But I think I've come up with a solution (of course it will take some self control). First I put a binder together to keep track of my daily schedule and I've jotted down a number of hours that I must work on my site per day. And only after completed my allotted hours of work am I allowing myself to connect and read other peoples blogs, post etc.
My day starts off by having my tea and then driving my son to school. Then I get back home and go for my 1 hour walk/jog on the beach. Take a quick shower and then my work day begins:
- Check my emails accounts
- check how many new subscribers I got on my sites
- 30 minutes allotted to contribute to my newsletter
- 2 hours for training
- 30 minutes reward ( I can do what I please, check out community maybe)
- 2 hours work on my websites
- 1 hour to create content for finished websites
- check emails again
- free to participate in community as much time as I want :-)
It seems easy enough on paper but let's see if I can stick to my guns and work before I mingle with you lovely people.
Anyone else have a hard time focusing at times?
If so what do you do to get back on track?
Have a wonderful day and a great week.

I have made a similar schedule. Sticking to it? Not so much. l promise I'll do better.
My new whiteboard has been helping.
This is one of the quotes I like:
“One reason so few of us achieve what we truly want is that we never direct our focus; we never concentrate our power. Most people dabble their way through life, never deciding to master anything in particular.” – Tony Robbins
Have a great day and thanks for your comment.
