Im back kinda.
Last year starting Dec 2013 i was having major lung problem and my physician said he never heard anything in my lung or xrays. January 2014 i gave up on that doc and went to a lung doc. He told me i had COPD and bronchitis. Went back to him 2 weeks later coughing up blood he then did a bronchoscopy and found cancer. Did a PET-Scan and MRI. Then 12 weeks of chemo then surgery to remove my lower left lung. Flew to east coast of North Carolina 4 weeks after surgery to find a house to buy. While in NC lung doc called and the lung part they removed had cancer cells on the cutting edge. So when i got back to Lincoln they had me do a month of stereo radiation on the bottom of what remaining of the left lung. We then moved to our new house in Elizabeth City, NC on Sept 10 2014. I had to quit my job of 25 years in March as chemo was getting the best of me. They are carrying me on long term disability and full insurance thank God. November 2014 i am complaining of double vision (sometimes) and a cronic cough again to my new docs in Cheasapeake, VA. Went for a PET-Scan and another MRI. Now i have bad COPD and the PET-Scan shows 2 small spots on my right lung and the left lung has a large BRIGHT spot. By bright i mean they have a color scale 1-10 that determins cancer once the nuclear surgar is injected and this object ate it up to 9 on the scale. And the MRI shows what they think is a aneurism. So now i get to have another bronchoscopy and see a neurologists.

I cannot "like" this Rodney but thank you for sharing. I have wondered how you were. You had big plans a little over a year ago then got slammed with your health issues. I am glad for you that your company is carrying you on long term disability. That should be helping a lot.
Along with your chemo I hope that you are following good daily health practices that include the nutrition that you are needing. You may find it difficult to eat but you must get in good organic fruits and veggies. Stay far away from sugar! Just do what you can.
Of course you are in my prayers and this note of yours will let many here who have not previously known you to pray also. Take care and God bless.
