Perfect or Perfect
Don't you just love the English language. Words are spelled the same way, but have different meaning and pronunciation ---depending on how they are used in a sentence or statement.
These are known as homographs. If pronounced the same way, homophones differently heteronyms . Many exist, but here are a few examples:
John plays bass guitar---My dad caught a large bass while fishing yesterday The Patriots have a potent offense---He was found guilty of the offense of forgery Time for a stroll in the park---be careful when you park the car He is an advocate for less spending---We must advocate on his behalf The hunter was skilled with the bow---during the applause the actor will bow
Glad I didn't take on profession of teaching English as spoken language in different culture.

he is "an" advocate not "a" advocate
"we must advocate 'in" his behalf, should read "on" his behalf
