Generally no unless you have written permission from them. I have a LOT of photographer friends that will pursue all legal options to keep people from stealing their work. And yes, they consider it stealing. Just like you would not want someone to copy your blog posts without permission.
If you use WA's site content feature, there is link that will allow you to get images that the photographers have given people the rights to use. Some prefer to have their names credited but I do not think we are required to do so.
Best wishes.

I was using Jaaxy for keyword research today, but now it's not working. I get an error that says: "Oops, we seem to have run into an issue with your search, please try again."
It is working for me now. I did get an error earlier - this often occurs when the database is being updated.
Is jaaxy not working? (i'm just getting error messages.)

Hi, Rebecca.
I don't have any advice to give, but I hope you don't mind me making a comment anyway. I'm EXTREMELY interested in Jeannine's answer to the question of whether or not one LLC can be set up (in one's own name) to cover multiple properties.
It's close to what I intend to do, so it will be nice to hear from an expert, whether it's feasible. I didn't want to miss it, but I couldn't keep the tab open any longer. Hence, this comment.
I hope you get the answer soon and I hope it's "yes, you can do that".
(Your questions are excellent, so I gave your post a much-deserved "like"). :)

Couple things you can do.
1. Have a disclaimer page that tells people the content shared is for informational purposes only. If they have additional questions, they should consult their lawyer/doctor/dentist/accountant....
2.Become an LLC. That puts you arms length away from the company should some one come after you.
And....
This is shared for informational purposes only. Consult your lawyer or accountant regarding your specific situation.
Thanks, Jeannine! Re: becoming an LLC, how would that work if you run multiple properties? Would you have to do that for each property and treat them like their own brands/companies? Or could you create a personal one (i.e. you) and have that encompass all properties? Have you done this?
You could use one LLC to act as an umbrella covering multiple properties, or make them separate. The choice is yours. We did the LLC and it worked well for us.
