As Eric mentioned, we are coming out with some brand new training for affiliates. We have some awesome updates coming to the affiliate program and the broader platform here at WA as well! We are going to hit the ground running in 2025 and we would love to have you down in Vegas next year! :)

CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. It's a software that gathers customer interactions across all channels and improves customer experience, satisfaction, retention, and service... according to crm(dot)org.
