Many thanks. I promise I will be nice even if it kills me. Just kidding. Really, really appreciate your help.

Hang in there. This is the kind of problem that steals so much time from us - time I really resent surrendering. Maybe you can do something else while you wait for the theme author's help desk request to process.
I will say that after I surrendered a lot of time to some pettifogging issues, I started to get really discriminating about what I would give my time to. I agree with you that this issue matters. Nobody wants to visit their own site and think to themselves, "Man - that looks dumb!"
After this however, you may find yourself a bit more thick-skinned about what you let side-track you. A lot of things that bug you may be addressed in a later training, for instance. Scan ahead and see if the solution is only a few lessons away.
Sometimes it's just a matter of experience. A problem that seems insurmountable one week suddenly becomes easy to reconcile the next.
It's what we ALL go through!
All the best,
Elizabeth
Thank you. I agree I will try to contact the authors.
Appreciate you taking the time to help.

My Theme made me nuts when I first got it. I keep it - not because I love it - but because it has become the "devil I know."
One of it's annoying flaws was that the banner style menu partly obscured the titles of the pages - all but the home page. It was the kind of thing that drives a perfectionist berserk!
It took me a day to figure out how to talk to the authors, (in India) go figure! I sent them a polite help desk form letter, and darned if they didn't fix the problem. Finding out who they were and how to talk to them - totally crazy making.
Gotta admit they stepped up to the plate once I found them.
Only suggestions I have are
1. be persistent
and no matter how long it takes to track 'em down...
2. be really nice once you find 'em!
Good luck!
Thank you for your help. I checked but could not find anything that I'm aware of.
This is a bit tricky even describing the actual problem has been a challenge.
I appreciate your answer but I will tell you want I found today.
The wording at the top of the page is the wording from my title page. It is mostly hidden by the page banner but you can see it and it is out of place.
If i could move the wording down it would be clearly seen and I think I'm able to change this title. If the banner was not as deep it would also show the wording clearer. If I can change the tile this would work if I not supposed to change this title?? then It would be best to hide the wording.
Clear as mud right?
Thank you.

I suspect your issue may actually be with your theme. There is usually a way to request help from the authors of your theme. It's never easy, but it may be easier than what you're going through.
So sorry I haven't been more helpful.
Problems like this are above my pay grade, but
Try going to Appearance and having a look at widgets to see if you've got an accidental placement
Then, (still in appearance) have a look at header and inner page header settings.
There's quite a few places where the problem could be. Based on my limited experience, one of these 3 are probable suspects.

Once again thanks for the advice. I will follow up on your suggestions. Scanning ahead is a good idea and it is worth the time.

Hi
Thank you. It seems to be a bit of a challenge. Not sure what to do. I hear your warning and will continue to search.

Some premium themes have the ability to suppress this. I'm not sure why you want to do this though. It is a feature that helps your reader's know where they are in your site.
You would need to edit the PHP file. Probably not something you will want to do. It is easy to break your site when editing at that level.

Can you tell me is there a difference between Platinum and Premium membership?
No.
There are only 2 levels of membership at Wealthy Affiliate.
Starter and Premium.

Hi Jeremy111
Thank you for your response. I'm getting some feedback which is good and you have confirmed for me that there is only two levels.
I appreciate your your help.

Hey there, great question!
I'm assuming you mean the difference in memberships here at Wealthy Affiliate, if not, sorry but I've got it completely wrong....
But if not...
There's two memberships here at WA - the Starter Membership (Free) and Premium at first month $19 and $49 thereafter (or you can pay a yearly membership)
Here's a post on the WA platform that outlines the differences in memberships by one of the owners, Kyle!
The PREMIUM Membership - In a League of its Own! Hope this is helpful.
Cheers,
Jacqueline
Hi JacquelineS1
Thank you for your response. I picked up the word Platinum wording in my getting started lessons. Maybe Platinum is an early version for Premium. Anyway from what you say I only have to consider the two levels, Starter and Premium.
Awesome Pringle
Ahhh... I didn't know that's what it was previously called, I will keep that in mind - thanks!
Yup, just two levels...keeping it simple I guess!
Great name by the way... Pringle... it sounds like a happy name.
Cheers!
