Is It Possible To Knock Kyle And Carson Out Of #1 & #2 Spots?
Dear WAers,
Have you ever played a video game that has leaderboards that got hacked? Like no matter how many bad guys you shoot, theres no way to get even in the top 1000 because of the fact that everybody above you has 100000000000000 kills?
I think that's whats happenign here with Mr. Carson And Mr. Kyle :)
Has anybody on the WA network ever knocked them out of their spots?
My goal for 2019 is to get in the top 10 ranking on WA. And eventually knock Kyle off his thrown---if it's even possible.
I know, I know. It sounds crazy, right? Knock the guys who created this platform off of the number 1 and 2 spots... But If WA taught me one thing about content development, website building, and making money---it's to THINK BIG.
I like the whole idea of the ranking system, and just a few minutes ago I read another blog post on here where some gal was complaining about being ranked up in the top 100... Dude, what's there to complain about?
The more you engage, the more you watch training material, and the more you explore this WA world like a massive online-based RPG---the more money you will make.
You know the expression, 'Knowledge is power.' It should be instead changed to, "Applied knowledge is Money.'
I look forward to blowing through all the training videos on here, and applying the material to growing my digital marketing firm. And watching my rank go up and up like I'm playing COD trying to get to the next prestige.
I am obsessive with video games. I just have that sort of personality. My heart flutters every time a new achievement pops up on my screen on XBOX and increases my gamerscore for all my friends to see. It's like a badge of honor.
That's the same thing with the WA ranking system. I look forward to ranking up obsessively and seeing if it's even possible to knock Kyle and Carson off their thrown. And if not--I'll take the #3 spot (which is really the #1 spot)...

Besides, while Kyle does tell us what kinds of things you would do to improve your ranking, he and Carson know exactly what to do to maintain their ranking and it isn't hard for them at all since the big factor in the ranking system is Creator of WA content.
Since Kyle and Carson have created just about all of the training that you get here, their Creator Ranking will be impossible to overcome. You'll never beat them (Or Jay) on creator ranking (It is conceivable that you can beat Carson on Creator Rankings).
Additionally, they are both running software (or it is built into the website) that automatically congratulates people for creating goals as well as makes other random comments posting on ALL new member's profile pages several times over the first six weeks or so after the new member has joined.
You will NEVER catch them on activity rankings, either.
That's leaves Helper Rankings. I don't know where Carson hangs out, but I see Kyle online, actively helping people fairly regularly. Kyle and Carson are ranked #1 and #2, respectively. That would be hard to beat.
I certainly applaud your goal to beat them! While I don't think the system is rigged so they can never be beaten, I do believe that their efforts (And their automated responses/posts) will keep you from getting there. And who knows...it's likely they have hired people to do their Helper Ranking stuff. Heck, I was gonna ask my wife to take care of this part for me, why wouldn't they have someone else do it?
None of these thoughts take into account that you should be developing your website which you absolutely will be unable to do if you are worried about your Ranking, which has happened to me.
Ambassador would be nice some day and perhaps I will get there as I develop my own skills, but so far, 203 is the highest I've ever been...or lowest.

It’s a great goal, probably not actually obtainable. I’m thinking best case, position 4 will be it.
You should be aware that the ranking reflects your participation in and contribution to the WA community and platform. It is not related to your site(s) performance, how successful they may be or how much money they are making, etc.
If your passion is to help others, great but, if you’re here to make money, consider focusing most of your efforts on your site(s).
Although technicality nothing is impossible it this case I would say the answer is no as far as positions 1&2 are concerned.
Remember there are always doing some form of training, Each time someone comes to the do the training they like the training any comments made to that training gets ranking given to them just like it would for you.
Each time someone joins they get an automated message to everyone that joins except yours may be from some that choose to follow you or those you may have become a referral to
Again each time credit points is given to them which is far more than any of us do because we don't welcome every single person that joins.
As mentioned with the training there is with just these two courses (boot camp and the OEC) 120 lesson in all so all those likes, comments replies add up. plus any blog posts they do along with their own referrals they get etc etc etc.
So the answer would be no besides if it was possible you would be spending a good 24/7 hours here and not be able to work on your website which is the main aim here not the rankings
There are a lot more factors as well but these alone would be enough to stay in Number 1 & 2 spots. There is a lot more they do that would also contribute to their ranking as well.
As for number 3 spot that is possible I have reached it and so have many others as well.
I would agree with you with number 3 & 4 or the rest of the community that would be the equivalent of the No 1 &2 for others.
Remember ranking may feel nice but it is not the purpose you came here for building a solid foundation to your website business is and always should be the focus and while you are doing that helping others with the WA community is a great benefit which will boost your ranking but don't do it for the sake of position do it for the sake of helping your fellow members.

Thank you for the information! It's all about helping other people, you're 100% right. How long have you been active in the WA community? And which training segments do you suggest helped you the most MMO?

I have been here since 2014 and next month will be 5 years.
When you look at another's profile at the top left you will see when someone joined.
As far as the lessons goes, All of them are vital and need to be done in order given no skipping regardless of how one might feel their experience is.
The OEC course is great for those who have other niches and the bootcamp is more focused on promoting WA but still what you learn from both will help you out.

in than anyone I have ever known that owned a brick and
mortar business!!
So sorry to say the highest you are going to make it up the
ranks is #4 - and from what I have heard with numerology
that is a very unlucky number.

Yeah, I always see Kyle And Carson on here.. They deserve those first two spots lol. Has carson ever got ahead of kyle?

I have never seen it happen but also note that Carson does a hell of a lot of work in the back office as well and within the community but Kyle is generally seen as the front man but having said that they are Co-Founders and have no need to compete against each other with Ranking as they have far more important areas to focus on than ranking.
One being giving their fellow members the best opportunity available with all that has been given and not just training but all other means to help us grow online.

But also good to think that getting involved with the community is going to bring you more knowledge to apply to your site and your company and just make them grow and grow and grow!
