I'm currently working on a new training course to be called Happy, Fit and Slim to be available for sale from Friday March 1.
Clearly, it's in the weight loss and fitness niche.
Visitors who visit the site and opt-in are added to an email series designed to maintain their interest and increase the probability of them buying the course when it's made available for purchase.
Included in the series are valuable giveaways.
Now, one of the things covered in the course is the Keto diet.
And one of the things that stops people from eating healthy is cost.
It's just cheaper to pick up a burger and fries (plus that ultimate of ironies, a Diet Coke) than to buy fresh produce.
So I thought an article on how to grow your own Keto vegetables would be useful to my list.
Enter my tireless PA, ChatGPT4.
This is yesterday afternoon.
I asked ChatGPT4 to give me 10 article headings on the subject, thinking that I'd use the best 5 to create a useful article.
But they were so good that I decided to use them all, and regard them as chapter headings for an e-book.
So dropped them into my standard e-book template and then asked ChatGPT4 to write each chapter in turn, with an appropriate heading for each paragraph.
And with minimal rewriting, I had 8 chapters of the 10 completed by the end of the afternoon.
My e-book template already has the copyright, disclaimer, table of contents and about the author built in, so no extra work there.
The only extra I did was find a relevant banner image for each chapter on Pixabay and drop it in after the chapter heading. Just to make it look more attractive.
I was a bit worried that my PA might charge overtime for Saturday work, but no problem. Apparently it's all covered by the $20 monthly pittance!
The last two chapters were completed this morning and the cover (shown at the start of this blog post) designed.
All that remained was to add two emails to the series, one anticipating the gift and the other delivering it.
All in all, it took ChatGPT4 less than one day to create a substantial and informative 43 page e-book that I'm sure will be of great help and interest to the people on my list.
AI is a game-changer!

I agree with you regarding AI being a total game changer! With a full time job and an elderly mother, it wouldn't be possible for me to have gotten as far along as I have without AI to help with writing articles.

Hi Phil, congratulations on making great progress on the ebook. Maybe I should start using chat Gpt 4 again.
I decided to move back down to the Chat GPT version after evaluating how many $20 - $30 subscriptions services I was paying for. Sometimes Chat GPT 3 is too much like a real person that apparently comes to work with hang overs.
I hope your book helps some people. Junk food and unhealthy food is so much easier to access than healthy food. It’s caused severe obesity issues for lots of people - as you know. You are a perfect example that it is possible to be healthy regardless of age.

Where did you design your cover Phil? Just as an aside even if I only want an article I ask Claude to give me an ebook outline. Then I get it to write the ebook and then ask it to summarise it to an article. Or i use the ebook as an article at times.Well done with the list by the way

I use Pixabay for all my cover designs. I was grandfathered in years ago for a 1-time cost.

Soory Phil I am super tired at the moment and not explaining myself well. The book with your name on the book cover how do you get a flat jpeg to look like a book
Sorry, Catherine, I thought I'd already covered that. I use Pixabay. It allows you to select a cover from many different ones in various categories and then select how you want the finished product to look - an open book, a book lying down, a spiral bound notebook, a DVD, a Kindle etc.
All of the things on the cover and spine, such as the title, author name and so on are in layers and can be changed and moved around.

Just on side note, do you think something like this would be doable using PLR? As per one of your previous posts?
Yes, I've answered Catherine. It's all done in Pixel Studio.
And yes, you just ask ChatGPT to rephrase your PLR.
