Hi Michael ! On your WA dashboard on the top right side after Classes >>> is Research >>> click that >>> it will open up Research, and click Keyword Reseach >>> it will bring you to Jaaxy !

Hello Maria, I went through that process but when I click "keyword research" it asks me to sign in or start a free 30-word search promotion. I don't know how to sign in. I thought it would just give me access with my subscription.

Clear your cache! Reset your computer device. If it persists, get a ticket for SiteSupport ( as that should not happen)

I'd also check if your Jaaxy has the correct email address.

You may go to

Under WA settings, click options and make sure your email is connected to Jaaxy.

And if that doesn't solve it.

You need to reach out to Kyle on their profile space.

Your correct but I need a password to access my account on settings page which I don't have.

I have another option; you can go here.

And change your email on the page and save and see if you can connect

Tried that but the account is not linked, and I can't confirm my account with password. I need to get assistance from admin. so I'm going to call it a night and hopefully Kyle will get in touch by tomorrow and work this out. Thanks for your assistance and I will let you know tomorrow. I'm sure things will be cleared up by then.

I tested heading to the Jaaxy app and quickly changing my email address WITHOUT a password.

I went to Jaaxy app and signed up for starter program and when clicked on enterprise package brought to a payment page. Problem is when I sighed up for premium plus on Black Friday they linked it to my premium account started in 2014 which I only used a few months. I messaged Kyle but have not received a reply yet. Quite a hassle. Thanks for your continued support.

Hahahaha! Well, you’re lucky that I am recovering from foot surgery, my devices are always on even when I go for my physical therapy. But it would not be for few weeks. Then I am back to work FULL TIME! 😂🤣😅

Just picked my niche within Hubs. Going through classes and find my way around. Quite a lot to learn. Excited though because the steps are clearly shown. Just needs follow through. I feel I'm back in college.

I see that it was 2014 when you first joined. How long did you stop?
I know it is a lot of learning to do. I was that way last year. I haven’t studied that much the way I did it here.But it is all worth it. And 3 months after, got my first commission from Amazon. The system definitely works. One just needs to persevere as every one’s journey is different.
