this is something that I have learned and missed so many things so I want to share with the new members
W get just so busy with answering emails and trying to help people we often neglect our selves. We are so busy an idea comes into our minds and we think wow that is great I must remember that and what happens?

I will say when ever an idea comes into you mind just STOP what you are doing and write it down!
Ok so you do not have a pen and paper but most people have a mobile phone so just make a note and when you return home and have time then look and then you a chance to develop the idea
Now, if you are working on the computer when the idea arrive just STOP what you are doing and open word and make a note and then go back to it when you get the time as it could be the idea that will turn your live around!
So Do it STOP and do it when you get the idea because you know what they say an idea is only as good as the follow up!
